HISTORY

Reconciliation Apostolic Church (R.A.C.) Ministries International was founded in November 2015 by Bishop-Elect Junior Fuller, who faithfully answered the call of God to establish a ministry dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, restoring lives, and bringing souls into reconciliation with God.

The Vision for Edmonton, Alberta

In October 2019, Pastor Lakisha Fuller received a divine calling to establish R.A.C. Ministries in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

While driving across Edmonton's historic High Level Bridge, she experienced a powerful encounter with the Lord. During that moment, Jesus revealed to her the history of the bridge and placed a burden upon her heart to reach the youth of Edmonton and lead them into a relationship with Jesus Christ.

This divine encounter became the foundation of a new vision for R.A.C. Ministries in Canada.

In December 2022, R.A.C. Edmonton officially opened its doors at the Westwood Community League. As the ministry continued to grow and develop, the congregation later relocated to the AHC Event Centre.

Today, Bishop-Elect Junior Fuller and Pastor Lakisha Fuller faithfully serve in Edmonton, continuing their mission to spread the Gospel, strengthen families, empower young people, and build a community rooted in faith, love, and reconciliation.

Our Ministry in the Turks & Caicos Islands

The ministry's roots remain firmly established in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where the work of God continues under the leadership of Acting Pastor-Minister Campbell and Evangelist Forbes.

Together, the ministries in Canada and the Turks and Caicos Islands remain united in their commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God, reaching souls, and sharing the transforming love of Jesus Christ.

OUR BELIEFS

  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the true and living God (YHWH), and that no one comes to the Father except through HIM. (John 1:1, Colossians 2:9)

    God reveals Himself to us as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  • Jesus Christ is God Incarnate and the Son of God, being fully man and fully God. (John 1:1, 14; Isaiah 9:6)

    He came to earth as the Lamb of God, being the sacrifice that cleanses us from all our sins. (1 John 1:7)

  • The Holy Spirit is God (YHWH). He is the Spirit of God, and dwells within believers. (John 14:16–17)

    When someone receives the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, they will be filled with the Holy Spirit.

    The biblical evidence of the infilling is speaking in other tongues, as the Spirit gives them utterance. (Acts 2:1–4)

  • We are saved because of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross - not by works. (John 3:16, Titus 3:5)

    We believe in the importance of repentance, turning away from sin and being sanctified through the Holy Spirit (showing the fruits of the Spirit). (Luke 13:3, Romans 8:13–14)

  • All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16–17)

    We believe that the bible is the Word of God. It’s filled with authentic historical records, wisdom, guidelines and encouragement.

  • We believe that baptism comes after someone’s choice to repent and believe in Jesus Christ.

    We believe in one baptism in the Name of Jesus. (Acts 2:38)

  • We believe that marriage is a God-ordained covenant between one man and one woman, as established in Genesis 2:24. Marriage is entered into through mutual consent and solemnized through a wedding ceremony, marking the beginning of a lifelong commitment.

    We believe that marriage is a sacred commitment that should be honoured and upheld, as taught by Jesus in Matthew 5:31–32.

  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life, and that salvation and eternal life are found in Him alone (John 14:6).

    Those who do not choose God’s free gift of salvation through Jesus, will spend eternity separated from God.
